I started training six months ago when I was told I had high blood pressure and needed to lose weight. I started training myself and just plodded along in the gym. Then I met Wayne who flipped my training on its head.

At first I was reluctant but soon came to realise that if I do what he says it works and I see results quickly and sustainably.

Now 6 months later I have normal blood pressure and have lost 6 stone in weight. I am the fittest I have ever been in my life. Wayne has a unique way of getting the best out of you and has some innovative and flexible training routines, no matter if I want to spend 2 hours in the gym or only have 20 minutes to spare he’s got it covered.

This man knows his stuff, if your after results book a few sessions with Wayne. As a friend said to me he’s probably saved your life! Because without his motivation, support and guidance I would have fallen back into my old ways. I still have a way to go in my weight loss but I’m confident with Wayne’s guidance it won’t be long before I reach it.

I first contacted Jenny when I wanted to lose weight and tone up for my wedding last year. Not only did I lose weight and tone up, I gained so much confidence and jenny totally reeducated me about diet, exercise and my overall health. I loved the sessions with Jenny which were always hard work but entertaining and fun! I also now count jenny as a friend and she and wayne even came to my wedding to see the finished product!

Jenny has totally changed my approach to a way of life that actually works and is sustainable.
